Incorrect CSV BOM (not a bug)
When exporting data to CSV result file starts with UTF-16BE BOM (0xFE 0xFF) but file itself is encoded with UTF-16LE (0xFF 0xFE BOM).

As MA expects UTF-8 Lua input, why are the exports (and exerpts in Database\ ) UTF-16/UCS-2 ?

BOM signature is UTF-16LE, I'm sure. Just checked it with the hex editor.
As for the lua - interpretator wants UTF-8 and I can't change it.
