Non-unique view for decks (new)
When I add a card to a deck, if it exists in more than one set, the set is reset to a default.
Example: I add Civic Wayfinder for Ravnica to a deck. But the card in the deck is no longer from Ravnica, rather is it listed as a 10E card.
I'm building decks where cards' set matters and also this bug will pose a problem for Decks stats (if developed in the future), especially if you add cards to a deck from your inventory, where the set should matter as well.

Intended behavior, moving ticket to FR.
It was my primary idea what deck should not depends on sets. Set does not matter for deck building. I'm very reluctant to change it.
Example?
What kind of stats?

I thought this might be intentional.
Well, I help to organize a small tournament where people just pick any three sets and build decks just from cards in these sets. And it's an all-common highlander too
I understand that the uniq, set-independent view usually makes sense for a deck but being able to flip to the full view, just like in grid, can help you track your cards for these fringe formats _or_ when building decks from your inventory.
I thought it's a simple case of reused code to support similar features that are common across different collections of cards.
As for stats, I thought the regular stats available for inventories now will be available for decks as well... distributions of colors, rarities and also sets among other things. IMHO useful for both regular and Highlander/EDH decks and the code already exists...
Maybe we can convert this FR into "Non-unique view for decks" feature that would be off by default. Or nix this. What do you think?

I store deck and inventory data differently. I can't just add "Set" deck column.
When building deck from your inventory the main thing you must know is how much cards do you have. And it is displayed in the "Have" columns.
Ok, renamed.

I've read both merged tickets and feel that there's a more valid reason why someone would want to know which edition of a card is in a deck.
When deckbuilding, a player doesn't truly care what version of the card is in the deck because all versions play the same; but a true collector will build a deck from cards in his/her inventory.
I'll provide an example:
Let us say that I am building a merfolk deck that needs 4 Lord of Atlantis in it. As a collector, I have varying numbers of each of the ten possible prints in existence. I decide that I want my deck to have as many different versions as possible when I build the physical deck in real life. So I pick out the foil Junior Series Promo, my Time Spiral Timeshifted copy, My foil black border 7th Edition foil version and my Fifth Edition version. All four physical cards showcase a peek into Lord of Atlantis's evolution over time.
Once I've built my deck, it is sitting happily in a deck box minding its own business. My inventory hasn't changed but it still tells me how many I have of each edition. Now I want to build another merfolk deck using the same card. Which ones did I use in Deck A? My deck list doesn't tell me and neither does my Inventory.
This scenario happens a lot when you have a lot of built decks with shared cards - Commander and Standard are formats where this happens often - and you still want to keep track of which card is where.
I do understand the logic of not having the set in the decklist builder from a building perspective but it plays havoc with any collector that builds a lot of decks. If my decklist specified which edition of the card was in that deck, I wouldn't need to find the deck box and flip through the cards to double check. It would be right there on screen.
Just a thought.
