for example, the message about adding foil version of a non-foil card to an inventory cannot be read in time without trying several times in a row...

But you don't have to click OK button :) I can increase popup delay.

Call me old-school but just hitting Enter/Esc after I read the message seems more user-friendly to me...

But since the auto-popup doesn't seems to block the UI, more delay might work as well. For now at least :)
