support 'AND' in rarity filtering (invalid)
Right now, I think it's impossible to search for all C/U/R/M cards that have also been released as promos (rarity 'Other').
This simple feature would enable it.

Scratch that. The correct way to do it is to search cards 'C/U/R/M OR Other' and then uniq them.
But to distinguish promo cards in the uniq list while working in the DB grid, the new column listing all sets the card appears in would be needed, see #81

AND for rarity does not make sense. Card can't have two rarities simultaneously.
