A simplified tool that downloads the images off the gatherer and places the images in the correct image folder structure named correctly. The tool shouldn't be as extensive as others posted on this site since you would use the Magic Album database for the card information but having the ability to pull the LQ images from the gatherer and have them placed in the correct folder location under the Images folder would be HUGE for users wanting card images.
