exact phrase search (implemented)
merged wish of Vallis and charmer.
Basically it's a google style fixed phrase search ("foo bar") for more precise filtering.
ETA: As a bonus, Vallis asked for wildcards "?" and "*" for searches such as "You gain * life"
ETA2: exact phrases should be able to combine with other part of the search strings, for example:
[ "gain control of target" creature artifact ]
even though this example might still be ambiguous...

Already implemented in r116. You can use quotes to define an exact phrase. It is possible to combine several phrases and plain words. Not sure if wildcards are really needed.
