exclude unselected colors (implemented)

 

Add "exclude unselected" to 'color' fieldset in search dialog
(see magiccards.info)

Example: If I want to search _just_ Jund cards, RBG MULTI AND returns 4- and 5-color cards while WU MULTI NOT returns 2-color cards.
