Spined Wurm missing from Starter 2000 (not a bug)

 

As the title indicates, the card "Spined Wurm" is missing from the Starter 2000 set.

Are you talking about this?
"Issue #14 of TopDeck magazine features a Starter 2000 Sampler pack which includes nine standard Sixth Edition cards and one white-bordered Spined Wurm without expansion symbol and ©1993-2000 copyright line."
This card is in the "Magazine Inserts" set.

Ok, yes that's the one. Others (scryfall, etc) list it as part of the Starter 2000 collection.
