I have recently downloaded Magic Album, and first of all, congratulations on the magnificent job! 
Concerning the missing sets, I have noticed that there are other Portuguese sets missing, I have noticed 4th, 5th and 6th editions, as well as the entire Ice Age Block (except for Coldsnap), the entire Mirage Block, the entire Tempest Block, the entire Urza Block, and the entire Mercadian Masques Block.
I also found that at least some of these sets don't appear on Gatherer either, thus they probably would be harder to document, but they do exist.

Prokhor has been creating set spoilers for old foreign sets not yet in MA. He can do so from website / store images if the set is complete and the images aren't too small to read.
If you know of any portugues site(s) that have images of the missing sets, please post the links so a member can transcribe them.
