I just want to add the following sets which I took from a website without seeing pictures: French 4ED, 5ED, 6ED.
And portuguese 4ED WB needs confirmation, too. Actually it is just a copy from 4ED BB.
Additionally, for the following cards I didn't found pictures, the text is just approximated:

The Japanese P3K text was pulled from Magic Cards.info
