Titanic Ultimatum pumps creatures +256/+128 (fix completed)
so um AI plays Titanic Ultimatum and this happened in Shandalar.

[AS] FIX #1012: Titanic Ultimatum puts 1ststrike/trample in abilities, not p/t
template<T, U> Pump::Pump(T, U) and Pump::operator()(T, U) = delete so similar
typos get caught at compile-time.
