Pyromancer Ascension only copies spells not in gy (fix completed)
Pyromancer Ascension enters the battlefield with a sh*tload of quest counters on it.
It only copies a given instant or srocery when there's no cards with the same name as that spell in its controller's graveyard.

[AS] FIX #1061: Pyromancer Ascension: rm spurious comma operator
Manifested as a counter being added on every call to the card function, and
not triggering at all if both triggers would have been activated for the same
spell.
