Renown triggers if all damage is prevented (fix completed)

Renown-able creatures get renowned if another creature owner deal combat damage to opponent.

In the screenshot, Vine Snare was cast so Kytheon's Irregulars should not get renown, but got it when Juggernaut did combat damage to player

Might also be a manifestation of the damage-triggers-even-if-it's-all-prevented bug.

And it is; it happens even without another attacker.

[AS] FIX #1068: Renown: don't trigger if all damage is prevented

Incidental:
Ensure damage is positive, not just nonzero, for Leyline Phantom,
Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts, and Whirling Dervish/Dunerider Outlaw. Not that that
should be possible, but.
