Shandalar - Program Bugs

AI cast Copy Artifact while no other artifacts are in play (fix completed in vcs)

 

Date: 20160320 (more incidents followed)
Deck: Conjurer
Card: Copy Artifact

AI casts Copy Artifact when no other artifacts are in play, sometimes as early as turn 2 when there are only basic lands in play.

[HS] FIX #1078: CLONE(): discourage AI from declining to copy

Moderate discouragement at the moment it fails to select something to copy, and
no standard in-play bonus for non-copying cloning cards unless they're
creatures.
