Vessel of Endless Rest: no ETB trigger, requires 3 mana to activate (already fixed)
Date: 20160323 (repeated in different duals to verify)

Card: Vessel of Endless Rest
When I cast Vessel of Endless Rest, the ETB ability did not trigger as normal. The tap ability also did not work as normal. Instead, this artifact is activated for 3 generic mana and then does both abilities in succession.
