Sun Droplet "each upkeep" trigger not occurring (fix completed)

 

Sun Droplet is only triggering the life gain ability on the controller's upkeep, rather than "each upkeep" as its rules text states.

I did about 45 mins of Googling to make sure that "each upkeep" is treated as "each player's upkeep". The closest references I could find were in comparing the printed text vs the oracle text of Timesifter, and then the original printed text vs reprinted text of Verdant Force.
