Triumph of Ferocity - forces discard instead of a card draw effect (fix completed)

 

Triumph of Ferocity, when the requirement is met, forces the player to discard a card instead of granting a card draw effect. Nothing happens if the requirement is not met. This occurred continually, turn after turn, as long as the requirement was met.
