Ravenous Bloodseeker routinely gets activated multiple times (two times, most often) and consequently dies.

Strangely, it gets activated multiple times for no easily discernable reason. It attacks into a 2/2, gets blocked and activates once, then while the activation is on the stack activates once more.

I'm providing a decklist because it's also ilustrative of another problem
