Energy Tap cast on creatures with cc 1 (will not fix)

 

The AI uses Energy Tap it on cratures which have cc1 , which is by and large pointless and screwas up any deck where it happens. Could you pls prevent the AI from doing this somehow?

EDIT: Also, I've seen the AI use Energy Tap when it can't possibly cast anything afterwards, which is also pointless.

EDIT2: The AI seems to just throw it out as soon as there's a creature it could target without considering the concequences. There has to be a way to prevent this, to make the AI only use it when it's going to pay for something.

That deck is a bit of a wreck, but a deck with enough levelers + Spire Golem + Energy Tap seems to be semi-usable by the AI if only it would not cast Energy Tap on cc1 guys, so if you could at least make sure that doesn't happen , blue ramp for the AI is a thing.
