AI sacrificed Teardrop Kami with no valid target on the battlefield and no apparent reason for it to happen. Can it be fixed to only off itself if there's a target?

EDIT: I've also seen the AI sacrifice him targeting my tapped creature, and the choose cancel. And there were other targets to choose
