Necropolis of Azar no trigger when opponent's creatures died (unreproducible)

 

AI's Necropolis of Azar didn't trigger when my creatures where dying.
Card's text for reference:
Whenever a nonblack creature is put into any graveyard from play, put a husk counter on Necropolis of Azar.5, Remove a husk counter from Necropolis of Azar: Put a Spawn of Azar token into play. Treat this token as a black creature with a random power and toughness, each no less than 1 and no greater than 3, that has swampwalk.

As a result of the deleted posts I don't know if it has been recoded or not.

I don't remember if it had been yet, but even if it was, its trigger was rewritten again anyway since GG1. Currently works correctly for me.
