I attacked with Ghoulcaller's Accomplice and game crashed after I selected as attacker.

I had many crashes against Rawky's deck pack - Seer deck.

Not Ghoulcaller's Accomplice, or at least not directly. 0x000c64b6 is in count_counters() (of the sort that are placed on a permament). What's in that deck that interacts with counters, and what's the AI's creature underneath the attack window? I'm only seeing Serrated Biskelion in my local copy. A complete steps-to-repro or at least a minidump are what's needed here.

#1380 has a minidump showing a Hada Spy Patrol crash when it goes to graveyard, which is almost certainly the problem here, looking at the screenshot.
