AI cast Commune with the Gods thios time crash (unreproducible)

 

dev 778ccb5 version.
AI cast Commune with the Gods menu with the top 5 of AI's library opened it had 2 creatures among them (didn't notice if it had any enchantments) 1 of the creatures was the same as one already in AI's hand Sabertooth Nishoba the other a Lone Missionary.

It's not Commune with the Gods; it's (probably) whatever the AI selected. 0x000ba648 is in create_card_instance(), which doesn't tell me much, but suggests that the AI deck had a card that's not actually in the game. See #1368 for how to isolate this.
