Crash AI confiscate? or Sun Ce, Young Conquerer (fix completed in vcs)

crash happened on AI's first main.I saw AI's hand and most probable crash is due to Confiscate (I tested Confiscate and seems fine for player) or Sun Ce, Young Conquerer.
I am attaching the minidump as requested.

crash ai hand.rar isn't Confiscate, but Hada Spy Patrol. (All level-up creatures will crash similarly.) Almost certainly the same crash as #1370, which I'm closing as a duplicate of this; #1368 might be the same crash, too.

confiscate 0r sun ce.rar is indeed a problem with Confiscate, and the other gain-control auras, but it's not immediately obvious what's broken about it.

656f01ea32d7081a9ebb3c92191afdc2afe3991e fixes level-up creatures; 895cfea1229dc5315b66490f0e38f1e93e1f774c fixes "You control enchanted object" auras.
