Massacre Wurm triggers twice if it dies also? (unreproducible)

AI cast Pox sacrificed Massacre Wurm and I sacrificed my Contraband Kingpin. Massacre Wurm triggered 2 times although I sacrificed only 1 creature, I didn't even have another creature and the wurm should trigger only for opponent's creatures that die.
