Creatures with Islandhome still die even if their controller has in Island out (fix completed)

I use the updated .dll and the other files from the attachment in this post. I am pretty sure it's the correct one, because False Summoning can now counter artifact creatures.

Aha, I see - it's working for Sea Serpent and Dandan, but Island Fish Jasconius, Merchant Ship, and Pirate Ship still use the old version.

[Shandalar] FIX #583: replace exe version of card_sea_serpent(), too
So that other exe cards that call it directly don't erroneously trigger in
init_turn() before basic land subtype counts are cached, and so that they
sacrifice themselves instead of destroying.
