flip coin of bottle of Suleiman human decides for ai (will not fix)

 

When AI activates Bottle of Suleiman in the menu the decision of Heads or Tails for the flip coin is made by human.

It's implementing the fourth edition wording. Solely a cosmetic issue; even things like Krark's Thumb and Chance Encounter and so on don't care who makes the call, just who wins.
