Loxodon Gatekeeper etb ability targets according to this screenshot in spell chain.

[Shandalar] FIX #630: rewrite Kismet, Frozen AEther/Loxodon Gatekeeper

So they don't select a player when cast.

Also give Kismet (only) its functional difference: it only affects artifacts/
creatures/lands your opponents play, not ones they control, so no tokens, cards
put onto the battlefield by another effect like Zombify or Elvish Piper, etc.
This takes advantage of an implementation detail of put_into_play_for_exe()
that'll no longer be valid once effects besides Fork's let you copy or play
spells; Fork isn't an issue since it only works on sorceries and instants.
