Shandalar - Program Bugs

Transmute Artifact + Shapeshifter = crash (duplicate)

 

Shapeshifter (the enemy player) casts trasmute artifact and brings shapeshifter in play. I am not sure about what happened even though it crashed two times. It appears that AI didn't pay the extra cost for transmute artifact but shapeshifter didn't go to the graveyard and I can't see it on the board either. Next turn I am attacked by a blank card( a grey rectangle ) and I get the message that Shandalar has to close.
