Shandalar - Program Bugs
AI counterspell twice during a step then don't counterspell at all (reviewed)
AI counterspell twice during a step if able then don't counterspell at all even if next spell cast against it will kill it.

In the screenshot I understand that the AI counterspell twice because player can't pay the total amount asked, but if the current spell is cancelled the next spell won't be countered even if there is a possibility for the AI to do so.
Also after several savegame reload, AI tend to counterspell twice even if it doesn't need to.
Savegame is slot 2 and player pop near a dungeon with Sea Dragon as opponent (Sea Dragon deck is in the attached archive).
Default deck is burn deck in order to force AI to counterspell.

Maybe related to this scenario, which I thought was a new bug when I made counterspells instant speed:
- I cast a random burn spell at the AI, which would kill it.
- AI counters it.
- I counter the AI's counterspell.
- The AI, which has another counter in its hand and sufficient mana to cast it, does not counter my counter.
