Highland Game not gaining life upon death. (fix completed)

 

Had a recent game in which I sacrificed Highland Game to Mycoloth. It generated an Onulet temporary effect card but did not actually gain me any life.

Looks like this hasn't ever worked; Onulet's card function is hard-coded to work only with Onulet.

I'm still nowhere near doing death triggers yet (which are difficult in this engine), but I'll hack something in to fix this case.

[TH] FIX #736: fx_graveyard() recognizes Highland Game

It still makes an Onulet effect card, but you do get the 2 life for it. Fixed
more robustly in NB branch.
