Tallowisp won't tutor Animate Wall (not a bug)
Tallowisp will search the library when triggered but won't choose Animate Wall and put it in hand, even if it's the only Aura in the deck. It seems to work with other auras.

It can't. Animate Wall doesn't have Enchant Creature. See e.g. http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/magic-fundamentals/magic-rulings/magic-rulings-archives/297126-tallowisp-and-animate-dead.
