Yes, it's technically not a bug, but in 99% of situations that cards is there in Night's Whisper capacity. And every time the AI did this it was a spectacular missplay (with a chain reaction of it wasting it's important card draw and handing the opponent 2 cards). And I'm not talking about it being cast to finish the opponent off, it does this on turn 2.

The card would serve it's purpose if it was made completely "self-only" for the AI somehow, or if casting it at the opponent could be limited to "finishing move" only.
