I actually added this in passing last night while working on something unrelated in the same function. I'd seen this feature request before but hadn't remembered it consciously.

[HS] replace card_ptr_t::full_name() in exe

Except for the one use specifically to Bottle of Suleiman's full_name in
whimsy_effects.

Moves get_displayable_cardname_from_player_card() and wndproc_CardClass()'s
handler for WM_INITMENU into Shandalar.dll.

Incidental:
Add "&S: Toggle summoning sickness" to debug popmenu, as in Manalink.

Rename "&B: Bury this card" in debug popmenu to "&B: Obliterate", since the
card doesn't get destroyed, put in a graveyard, etc, just zotzed.
