There's a bit of a mess when it comes to 2 color monsters belonging to 2 different tiers along a nonsensical distribution which favors certain colors as opposed to other ones.

In order to "fix" this, Elementalist and Fungus Master need to be swapped with Winged Stallion and Ape Lord. This puts the friendly color pairs at the lower rung, and opposing color pairs at the higher rung, which seems to be the dominant pattern for 2 color decks anyway.

I've hex-edited this locally allready twice, it's just added upkeep to have to do this every time a new release is up. It's also a good way to make deck packs not require a hex-edited exe packed along with them.
