If it is at any time possible I would like to have an external option to set the possible dungeon dice rewards.

I think the only way it'll ever work is if it was a list of cards people could set for themselves. With an option to just turn off the "permanent in the next duel" reward entirely. It would also be very much prefferable if the list of cards would be a different one for dungeons of different color to keep the bonus cards "on topic".

That's the basic request, further than that I would suggest the option of having 5 categories of dice outcomes (customizable via .ini, ofc):
- some ammount of bonus life,
- first strike in the next duel,
- enemy first strike in the next duel
- list of cards you could start with in play in the next duel
- list of cards your opponent could start with in play in the next duel (trap!)
- list of cards BOTH could start with in the next duel

with some catch to make sure that there is an option to simply not have any permanents show up for those that want it that way.
