Dialog: interpolate mana symbols (implemented)
The standard do_dialog() dialog doesn't run its text through the mana symbol interpreter, so |G shows up as |G instead of

efa83f3. DrawManaText already did almost everything that I thought would be difficult about this - for some reason, I had thought it only worked on one line at a time. Getting windows not to come along behind it and gratuitously uglify it afterwards was an adventure, though.

017541a expands this to the choose-a-color dialog prompt (for, in particular, produce_mana_tapped_any_combination_of_colors()), and 952bfc9 refines it so the mana symbols in the primary prompt window get drawn with correct aspect ratios.
