Implement convoke (implemented)

 

As with hybrid mana (#579), this should be done at the engine level, though the interface is less clear. It's probably not workable to just click on a creature to tap it; there'd be no way to tell whether to tap an Elves of Deep Shadow for {G} (for convoke) or {B} (its normal activation).

The best mockup I can think of is still fairly clumsy, though.

Irritatingly, I accidentally included a card with convoke in Thieves Hideout (Chord of Calling), having managed to miss the keyword on it entirely.
