Shandalar - Feature Requests
Add option to generate random decks for opponents ("testing mode") (new)
I would like to request a feature (if it is not too complicated to implement) to make the process of testing new cards easier: have an option in the .ini (like "testing mode") that would make it so that, on encounters with enemy characters, they would get a random singleton deck of the appropriate color (rather than their normal decks).
I'm asking this because I noticed that most of the cards that appear in the Shandalar bug reports tend to be the ones that have been added to the AI decks in the meantime. Maybe something like this could improve the "coverage" of the testers?
EDIT: also, maybe doubling the opponent's starting life (if feasible), to counterbalance the effect of giving them crappy decks (and so they have time to actually do stuff).

@Quatrocentos: I really think you've come up with a great idea. Randomly generated decks would give us more opportunities to evaluate potential bugs due to awkward card interactions, especially from the newly added cards.
But, just to piggyback a bit on what you've proposed, perhaps, once you have fleshed out most of the bugs, there could be a highlander mod which restricts the player and AI to a singleton format. This would add another layer of challenge/fun to the game I think.
Just a thought.

not sure if its good to reply here but it would be awesome if we could have the it work with commander rules(my favorite format) and such but that feature would be along way off from now i would assume.
