Random Decks of Enemies (duplicate)
Somehow have the ability to randomize enemy decks.
Or cards within enemy decks. I think Forge has something like that where there is a section of cards that switch-out.

It's unclear whether this is a duplicate of #576, #613, or a variant of the sideboarding feature already present, but it doesn't need a separate bug open for it.
