M10 Release part 1

Hello all,
Two weeks ago I started coding the cards of M10 set and because a complete set takes a lot of time to complete I decided to release it in parts, every time I complete a color. So this is the first part that contains the white cards of M10 that I managed to code.

* Theese cards are included in the pun1sher666 release. You may have to delete them from mine if you decide to install both.
I have also included a deck, but it is a theme deck based around soldier cards from M10, nothing special.
A final warning. This release must be considered a beta, it has been tested but not extensively.

I will include all your cards in the main DLC and put it on the repository once it will be merged.

Master of the Wild Hunt
Lurking Predators has two problems. The smallest one is that there aren't different animations when a card is put on the top or bottom of library, so the user connot know wher the computer decided to put its card. But the bigest problem is that the AI cheats and looks at the top card of our library even if it is a close one and avoids to cast spells if the top of your library is a creature unless it has a better creature to cast.
Master of the Wild Hunt does not give the player the ability to distribute the damage as he wants. Instead, he can choose a number of creatures and the computer deals lethal damage to them automaticaly.
