I was just wondering, why some of the cards in the custom decks appear foiled? Is there an option to have an unfoiled custom deck? I cant seem to find the command line to unfoil them after unpacking the custom wad file.

Is it possible to use the cards kevlahnota made in the old dotp, and copy them to dotp 2012 so theres a bigger library of cards to choose from to make custom decks?

Great job kevlahnota... You make Dotp 2012 so much better than it was before. :D

I'll answer as much as I can:

1) I'd like to know how to turn off foiling, too... someone wrote about giving the deck a code for unlocking foils so that the game thinks that you are not allowed to have foil versions, but I tried and it doesn't work (unless I was doing it the wrong way).

2) The syntax for the cards' XML changed from old DotP, so it's not something that can be done automatically. There are also other things that are completely different, for example the way register functions are called or the fact that you could have 3 choices per question in old DotP and now only 2. Translating all the cards with the new syntax would be an enormous job.

Hi there,

new here and just registered.
First of all a big thank you for this incredible mod! It's fun to play these decks.

Nonetheless i experienced some issues:

Played against Machinations, Wing Splicer gave his Stone Golem flying too.

Whenever I use non-basic lands for manafetching (for example 1 Plains and 2 Ancient Den) and cast one of the swords, i can immediately equip it, although i should be out of mana.

hey did anyone have modded allready the new update with deckpack 1 + 2 and the new 1 vs 3 mode?
i tried it but i cant find a skidrow exe and the hex position for the wad checksum in "theta" release exe seems to be not right.

That is only for DOTP not for DOTP2012 isn't it?

i meen the deckpack 1 & 2 for dotp2012.
but it doesnt matter anymore.

cause i did it, i now have the newest update with the 3 extra decks + the 4 decks from deckpack1&2 + new archenemy mode (human can be the archenemy) + my own decks ;-)

So, since Megaupload has been taken down by the Feds and whatnot... Any chance someone can re-upload all the mods and patches somewhere else, like Rapidshare or Mediafire (or whatever other alternative there is)? Thanks. Finally got the game and have been wanting to get all the custom DLC's. :)
