It doesn't show up in my deck manager, is it an update from when I last downloaded the custom mod or hidden from view somehow? I haven't edited the deck or anything, just used the mod as is.

1 - Unpack KEVS DATA_DLC_7777.wad file,
2 - navigate to the cards folder
3 - Download and extract this http://www.mediafire.com/?q8m036q2jwf08fm (Includes corrected cards for Sulfur Falls / Archbound Ravager / and thought cast)
4 - place those files in kevs card folder and overwrite
5 - repack
6 - place your new wad file back in game directory and overwrite the origional

I tried Ghitu Ascension as Archenemy and drew scheme 'Introductions Are in Order'.
Instead of useless scheme I suggest something like plots that span centuries.

You can do both things already.
If you look at the core DLC, you see that scheme decks are just decks: edit one of them, save it with another name in your custom DLC, and you have your new scheme deck, that you'll be able to use together with the deck you want, by writing its name in the deck XML. OK, you can't choose the scheme deck in game, but it's a step ahead anyway. :D
About new scheme cards, I didn't check, but I'm afraid the only schemes that aren't already coded in DotP 2012 are the ongoing ones, and they could have the same problem as the Planeswalkers: implemented as (sub)type, but not really implemented as functionality. If you want to try, then see what happens, and let us know. :wink:

I gues you could think of your own, custom schemes, or if wizards plans to release any more

When I select the deck 'Naya's Force' the game crashes. The other decks seems to works.

There are a few decks that crash for me whenever I try to select them. I read about opening them in the in-game deck editor, which mostly does work, but doesn't fix the crashes. I've learned that one of the decks that crashes, the Ghitu Ascension, is very similar to the deck I included in my own deck pack - hope no offense is taken by the similarities.

Before installing, I had everything unlocked (legitimately). Since I installed this, everything is locked again. What is an easy way to unlock all of the decks again?

if you're using the patched exe, go to deck manager then click your locked deck, then in the editor you can click unlock.
