I didn't put New Horizons in the zip actually and all the decks will work with no other mods installed. Each deck will even work individually if you only wanted to use a single deck (just some missing text permanents I forgot) but I put everything into a core wad now

I think you forgot to upload the core wad cause I redownloaded both the mediafire file and the file at your first post, the first again didn't contain horizons and the second caused the same crash again (also this time I also checked the horisons decklist and it had no cards in it)

I updated everything in the first link any problems if you have problems with that one just let me know what mods your using so I can test compatibility. The crash was probably because I switched the dual lands to pcastellazzi's functions you shouldn't have really downloaded both links.
