Modded Decks

I was just wondering if there were any modded decks for DotP 2013 that had any of the following cards:

(All of the Invasion block Legendary Dragons - Darigaaz, Crosis, etc.); Kangee, Aerie Keeper & Aven Brigadier; Raksha, Golden Cub & Jareth, Leonine Titan; Eight-and-a-half Tails (or Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant) & Masako, the Humorless;

The dragons (I think except one but I can't remember) and Eight-and-a-Half Tails are in my mod, Jareth should be in some other mod because I recall someone having requested it, Masako can't be coded in DotP2013 (but it should be possible in DotP2014 even if I haven't tried yet). I don't know about the other ones.

I feel like such a noob for asking this, but I'm running Windows 8, and downloaded the DotP 2013 off of Steam, and I was wondering if someone could tell me - after I download your mod, and extract the files, where is the folder that I should put the extracted files into?

More than likely you will be putting the wads into (though drives and folder names may vary depending on your specific system configuration):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Magic 2013\
