Need Rick's dll for DotP steam version please

Trying to add custom decks but I cannot find a working link for Rick's dll anywhere, is there a workaround or could someone post it for use? Its the bare bones DotP 2013 steam version. Thank you in advance for any help!

Here is the latest version of Rick's WAD Check Disabler that I have which is supposed to be for both DotP 2013 and DotP 2014.

NOTE: Must be unzipped into the DotP directory.
