Main problem that I am encountering is that the decks have 45ish land and only about 15ish cards. Is this to do with the "unlock cards" issue?

Do you have any mods other than the one's listed in the first post, because it sounds like you're experiencing a conflict somewhere? Or perhaps you are missing a necessary file? I have being trying to edit my app_linking file to unlock all the cards but because i'm using skidow i do not have a swarm folder does anyone know what is the unlock id and premium foil id for soulstorm's decks?

The Deck ids which are necessary are below (which also happen to be in the filenames):
- Mycosynth Evolution: 504101
- On a Pale Horse: 504102
- Blood Harvest: 504103
- Balance of Power: 504104
- Abhorrent Vacuum: 504105
So you could make something like this for Mycosynth Evolution:

I had everything installed. Emphasis on "had". Game started crashing before it would get to the main menu, so uninstalled all the mods, reinstalled, all is working fine now! I found your DECK DEAD_RECKONING will Crash to desktop. I found the reason is your number in the XML file is too long, such as 5,041,141,819 in Card XMLSoulStorm wrote:New deck, Dead Reckoning now available!

It's never crashed for me in the 100 or so games of testing I did, so there must be some other variable at play. Are you using a 32 bit OS, or are your game files buried deeply within other files? Both those variables are sensitive to longer file names. Otherwise, I can only assume that you either have a conflicting mod or are missing a necessary file.

I don't know why, but I modified 5041141819 to 1141819 in card XML file , there is no problem.

I'd guess that you have another card using 5041141819, but the probability of that is remote, and I use 5041 for everything.
