Collectible Card Game Headquarters

is there a topic with steps to make a custom deck? i been searching and try a few programs and just failed

First u need some .wad decompiler, its way easier to pick one already made, can pick one of mines, to be familiar with the wad files, then try to get hold of all the cards made, getting wads and the original dotp13 cards form the forum helps as the ones you want to create, could be already there, or to search for some code ideas, then get a file editor like notepad++ very useful to edit the xml for the deck, and finaly a paint.net with tdx extension for the card pictures, all the programs are on utilities, and there are some usefull guides on programming talk
