You should be aware that the game engine currently doesn't handle poison counters very well. So, cards with proliferate would add -1/-1 counters just fine but would do nothing to add poison counters to opponents. That's why, in my infect deck, I avoid proliferate cards and vice versa with decks that have the proliferate mechanic. Hopefully, the Stainless Games people will improve upon that in future releases.
