Revenge Nicol Bolas iPad Deck Request/ How To Request

Hey all,

Just wondering if there's anyone out there that may have put together a Revenge Nicol Bolas Deck for the iPad (I've seen it on these forums for the PC version, and seen the standard Nicol Bolas deck for the iPad, but not the revenge deck).

Alternatively, I'd love to be pointed in the direction of a how-to guide on how I might put it together myself.
